Apply for Certified copy of E-Roll

Checklist:

  • Duly filled up application form with court fee.
  • Any other documents (Voter ID Card, Voter slip/ Previous Voter List etc.)

Overview :- The certified copy of electoral roll is a legal document issued to the electors enrolled under a particular constituency. The electors generally approach to their respective Election Officer to get their certified copy of elector roll for various officials works.

Process Flow:-  This elector can apply for the certified copy to their respective Election Branch or through through CSCs along with the followings:

  1. Court Fee
  2. Duly filled up application form
  3. Any other documents (Voter ID Card, Voter slip/ Previous Voter List etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:-  Any elector from respective constituency.

Fees:-

  1. Service Charge :Rs.30/-
  2. Printing Charge : Rs 10/-  (Not required for Senior Citizen)
  3. Scanning Charge : Rs 5/ per page  (Not required for Senior Citizen)

  2. Duly filled up application form
  3. Any other documents (Voter ID Card, Voter slip/ Previous Voter List etc.)
